Grapefruit and Chilli Salmon

An easy to make salmon salad with a twist

Ingredients

  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 1 small pink grapefruit
  • 1 teaspoon of Fussels chilli oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon of freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground Kombu seaweed (optional)
  • fresh herbs and or salad leaves

Method

Segment half the grapefruit and juice the other half
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl,including the salmon.
Leave to marinade in the fridge for an hour in the fridge.

Remove from the fridge and arrange on a bed of leaves.
