UPS seemed to mess up the delivery. With one email to Fussels sorted out a replacement and sent it with next day delivery.

Best served with chips and Fussels Garlic Rapeseed Mayonnaise!

Mix the meat with the salt and pepper and squash into 4 thin patties.
Preheat a large glut of Fussels Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil in a large frying pan (to 180C).
Fry the the burgers on one side for 2-3 minutes, flip and do the same (this is for a medium finish, if you would them well done, just pop them into a hot for a couple more minutes).
Assemble the burgers and serve!
