  • 200g natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon of Fussels Garlic Rapeseed Oil
  • Juice from 1/4 of a lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon soy chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon of sumac


Cut the cucumber in half lengthways and deseed.

Grate and combine with the other ingredients.

Season to taste and serve with warm flat bread.
