We use a number of delivery companies (APC, UK Mail and Royal Mail) depending on the service level. We aim to deliver orders within 5 working days of receipt of order unless otherwise stated.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt. If the complaint is upheld ( We do require evidence of late delivery, evidence of damaged goods, evidence of inappropriate product quality), then a refund or replacement of product will be offered.
