A fresh and delicious salad with a basil and garlic dressing.
- 200g rocket leaves
- 1 burrata
- 1 peach
- 3 figs
- 1/2 cucumber
- Small bunch of basil
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of Fussels Chilli Rapeseed Oil
- 2 tablespoons of Fussels Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil
- Large pinch of salt
- 50ml water
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds
For the dressing: blend all the ingredients adding enough water for a thick and slightly chunky consistency.
Arrange everything on a platter and pour over the dressing.
