Super simple; super tasty.
- 1 baguette
- 150g of cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons of Fussels Garlic Rapeseed Oil
- 3 tablespoons of freshly chopped chives
- 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Combine the cheese, oil and herbs.
Slice the baguette into diagonal slices (1cm thick) and only 2 thirds down.
Stuff the cheese mixture into the cavities, wrap in aluminium foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Unwrap and bake for another 5 minutes to get a nice colour on the baguette.
