Wonderful on their own, or a great side dish.
- 3 white potatoes
- Fussels Garlic Rapeseed Oil
- 100g grated cheddar
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Wrap the potatoes in a baking foil and bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven and carefully slice in half lengthways. Score the potato flew with a knife (these will be hot, so be careful).
Drizzle with the garlic oil and sprinkle with a little salt and pop back into the oven for another 20 minutes.
Switch the oven to grill.
Sprinkle the potatoes with cheese and finish under the grill for a couple of minutes.
