Crab Taco

  • 6 small tortillas
  • 12 aspragus spears
  • 200g white crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons of Fussels Mint Mayonnaise
  • Few drops of tabasco
  • a little Fussels Oil (Chilli, Garlic or Plain)


Warm the tortillas up in a low oven.

Preheat a little oil (plain, chilli or garlic) in a pan and fry the asparagus spears until golden.

Combine the crab meat with the tabasco and mayonnaise.

Divide the asparagus and crab mixture between the warm tortillas and serve.
