Liven up your lunchtimes with this upgraded sandwich.
- 6 small tortillas
- 12 aspragus spears
- 200g white crab meat
- 2 tablespoons of Fussels Mint Mayonnaise
- Few drops of tabasco
- a little Fussels Oil (Chilli, Garlic or Plain)
Warm the tortillas up in a low oven.
Preheat a little oil (plain, chilli or garlic) in a pan and fry the asparagus spears until golden.
Combine the crab meat with the tabasco and mayonnaise.
Divide the asparagus and crab mixture between the warm tortillas and serve.
