Mini Yorkshire Pudding and Beef Canapes with Fussels Beer & Horseradish Sauce

For any occasion that you might want to make special.

Ingredients

  • Fussels rapeseed oil
  • 140g plain flour
  • 4 eggs
  • milk
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Thick cut beef
  • Fussels Beer and Horseradish Sauce

Method

Heat oven to 230C/gas 8 and drizzle a little Fussels rapeseed oil into a 12-hole muffin tin.  Place in oven to heat.

Combine the flour with four eggs before gradually beating in the milk.  Season with salt and pepper. 

Pour the batter into the holes and place in oven for 20-25 mins until puffed up and golden.

Remove from oven and fill with thickly cut West Country beef and a generous dollop of FGS.  Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.
