Ingredients
- 200g un-roasted peanuts
- 1 tablespoon of Fussels chilli oil
- 1 tablespoon of Fussels garlic oil
- 1 tablespoon of Fussels extra virgin rapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Crispy bacon (Optional)
Method
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Combine the oils, syrup and salt and rub all over the peanuts.
Roast for 10 minutes in the oven or until golden, sticky and crunchy.
Leave to cool for a minute or two.
Combine with the bacon and serve.
