- 3 tablespoons of Fussels smoked oil
- 1 tablespoon of white miso paste
- 1 teaspoon of marmite
- 2 tablespoons of aquafaba
- Juice from 1/2 lime
Combine the ingredients and whisk until thick and creamy.
Season to taste with more salt or lime juice.
Serve with a salad of slightly charred radicchio, blood orange, chickpeas, almonds and herbs.
