Ingredients
- 1 small cucumber or 1/2 of a large one
- 3 sticks of celery
- 250g strawberries
- 1 red pepper, stalk and seeds removed
- 1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of plain Fussels oil
- Large pinch of salt
- Pepper
- 1 sprig of fresh oregano, leaves picked and stem discarded
- 2 sprigs of fresh parsley
- 1 sprig of mint
Method
Blend all the above reserving 1 strawberry as a decoration
Pour into a bowl, decorate with a sliced strawberry and chopped chives
