For orders over £30, delivery is free. Please note that deliveries at these rates cannot be made to Ireland, Isle of Man or Jersey and the Channel Isles, although a quote can be supplied on request.

Use of our website and the sale and purchase of goods from the website and/or directly from Fussels Fine Foods are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below. “We” or “Our” means Fussels Fine Foods and’or www.fusselsfinefoods.co.uk. “You” or “your” means the person accessing, using or ordering from our website over the Internet and/or directly from Fussels Fine Foods. Additional Terms and Conditions apply to users joining our Affiliate Scheme.
Prices, description and availability of goods
Prices are subject to change without notice and all goods are sold subject to availability. Prices other than those in GBP are shown for guidance purposes only. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, having it shipped when it is back in stock or selecting an alternative product. Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on the website due to the limitations of Internet technology. Orders are accepted at our sole discretion and we maintain the right to decline orders without giving an explanation.
ROT (Retention of Title)
All goods remain the property of Fussels Fine Foods Limited until payment in full is received, whether via our website, manual payment, BACS and Invoice.
You may order online using a credit / debit card (We accept American Express, Delta, Maestro, Master Card, Solo, Visa (not Electron), Visa Electron Debit). You may order by telephoning us and pay using your credit / debit card. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates. Cheques and postal orders should always be in pounds sterling made payable to Fussels Fine Foods. For orders paid by cheque, goods will not be despatched until your cheque has cleared at the bank. This may take up to 7 working days.
Offers & Promotions
Please be aware that only one Offer or Promotion Code can be used in conjunction with each order. (i.e A free postage offer cannot be used together with a discount promotion code). Our system will automatically calculate which is the most advantageous offer for each order. Voucher codes or offers cannot be added to your order after the order has been placed.
Users placing orders through our affiliate programme are subject to terms and conditions of the affiliate used and that of Fussels Fine Foods affiliate programme. Please contact us for more information.
Your shopping basket displays the goods you have purchased with an indication of the delivery timescale. We will notify you if your goods are not able to be despatched within this timescale, e.g. some ‘made to order’ goods may take longer. The costs for delivery are shown depending on the shipping destination and the delivery service selected. Any delivery times quoted are estimates, based on availability and normal delivery time. Additional time should be allowed where payment is made by cheque, as we will not despatch goods until the cheque has cleared. This may take up to 7 working days. Please note that there may be some products that we do not ship to certain destinations, which will be indicated in the shopping basket.

Any delivery times quoted are estimates. Refunds for missing parcels will be issued in accordance with any required waiting period or time frame as set by Royal Mail or our courier company.
Cooling off period and cancellation / returns
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may cancel your order and return the goods to the Merchant within 10 working days from receipt of the goods, you will receive a refund within 30 days of cancellation. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold. We will not accept return of:
Fresh / disposable / perishable goods (e.g. flowers or fresh foods)
Sealed audio / video recordings or computer software which have been opened
Goods made to the customer's personal specifications

It is vital that with the return you give full details of your name, full address, order number and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to the merchant. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.

From time to time Fussels Fine Foods will hold competitions through 3rd party sites, like Facebook and Twitter, these competitions are voluntary and Fussels Fine Foods has complete control over the prizes and delivery. The prizes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. The prizes can only be delivered to mainland UK addresses.
