There are times when a meal cries out for a sauce with a bit of character,something with a bit of bite that will tingle, tantalize and treat your taste buds to something special.Until now there was sadly nothing that fitted the bill, everything was just too bland and predictable, but things have changed! Now there's my new F.G.S ! Beer and Horseradish sauce.
 
F.G.S is a classic combination of traditional flavours, including local Blindmans ale, horseradish and mustard, in a thick creamy sauce that delivers a real punch. A dollop of F.G.S! will liven up everything from sausages and bacon, to pies and roast beef. Once you're tongue has wrapped itself around some F.G.S!, everything else will be a sad disappointment and without it, mealtimes will be decidedly dull.
 
If you're not sure what F.G.S ! stands for, just try it and then you'll have to agree that it is very obvious exactly what it means.
