        I quite like using the infused oils, they impart some nice flavours to the cooking

        Good stuff

        Adds a nice kick to dishes which need a bit of oil. The garlic and smoked versions are very good as well. Quite strong, so best mixed with a neutral oil if you don't want it overpowering the dish.
