Ingredients
- 250g beef mince, 10% fat
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Fussels Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil
- 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
To Serve:
- 2 brioche buns
- 2 slices of tomato
- Lettuce
- Mayonnaise
- Cheese
Method
Mix the meat with the salt and pepper and squash into 4 thin patties.
Preheat a large glut of Fussels Extra Virgin Rapeseed Oil in a large frying pan (to 180C).
Fry the the burgers on one side for 2-3 minutes, flip and do the same (this is for a medium finish, if you would them well done, just pop them into a hot for a couple more minutes).
Assemble the burgers and serve!
